2. Terms of Service

We are not GoDaddy itself, and we do not control the underlying platform, infrastructure, or product development. GoDaddy’s own terms of service and policies also apply to the products you purchase.

2.2 Eligibility and Business Use

Our reseller services are intended for business customers purchasing products for commercial or professional purposes. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2.3 Orders, Pricing, and Payment

· We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

· Payment must be made through the methods we specify. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

2.4 Service Provision and Support

Support is available for initial setup, configuration guidance, and basic troubleshooting within the Sopore, Baramulla, and Jammu & Kashmir area, through the contact channels we publish. Support does not include custom development, extensive troubleshooting of third-party plugins, or issues caused by user modifications.

2.5 Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

· Provide accurate and complete account and domain registration information.

2.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

· Any interruption, downtime, or data loss caused by GoDaddy’s platform or third-party services.

· Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the resold products.

· Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain backups or secure your account.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific product shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for that product.

2.8 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our reseller services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by GoDaddy or by law. Upon termination, the underlying product services may be handled by GoDaddy or its affiliates in accordance with their policies.

2.9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Baramulla / Jammu & Kashmir, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions.

2.10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
